Incredibly beautiful hotel with incredibly hospitable staff, has absolutely perfect location by the Mexican restaurant. The venue provided a good customer service during our trip.

Breakfast with rice, a great view plus appetizers. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television in the room. Awesome location to the Mexico area, and 15 minute walk from Playa Mia Grand Beach Park.

I stayed in a room with double beds and really enjoyed the delicious special dishes at the à la carte restaurant.

We spent 7 nights in a beautifully maintained double room with 2 double beds. the location was stunning and ideal in the beach area. It was also just 2 miles from San Francisco Beach.

The rooms are always well stocked and fantastic with WiFi and a mini-fridge. the location is amazing, right by the beach at the back.

The rooms with double beds are in a beautiful building, right by the beach and close to the main restaurant on the island.

The hotel facilities, including multiple pools and a clean beachfront location, were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wait staff at the buffet were excellent. The rooms, although mediocre, were well cleaned and had the added bonus of a nice hammock. The cleaning staff were quick and friendly, and there was even some wildlife on the property, such as birds, iguanas, turtles. Additionally, having a dive shop on site and a reasonable gift shop added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

The location is right by the beach, which is perfect for enjoying daily activities by the ocean and pools. Plus, it's convenient being close to Cancun airport. 🏖️ There's also a fancy restaurant nearby for meals.
